Returns Policy
Effective Date:
At Adeorl, every piece is designed and produced with care, intention, and quality. Because of this, returns are not expected to be frequent. However, we understand that sometimes a piece may not work for you and when that happens, this policy explains how returns are handled.
Returns Are Accepted for Store Credit Only
At this time, Adeorl does not offer cash refunds. All approved returns will be issued as:
- A store credit code, or
- An Adeorl gift card
This allows you to select another piece when you’re ready.
Return Window
- Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery
- Items sent outside this window will not be accepted
- The return request date is based on when you first contact us by email.

Return Eligibility Conditions
Returned items must:
- Be unworn, unwashed, and unused
- Be in original condition
- Have the Adeorl special tag fully intact and attached
N.B If the Adeorl special tag has been removed or tampered with, the item is not eligible for return.
This tag is our assurance that the garment has not been worn.
Items Not Eligible for Return
Returns will not be accepted if:
- The special tag has been removed
- The item shows signs of wear, washing, damage, or alteration
- The return request is made after 7 days
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- We recommend using a tracked shipping service
- Adeorl is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit
Processing Store Credit
Once your return is received and approved:
- A store credit code or gift card will be issued via email
- Please allow 5–7 business days for processing after inspection
Store credit:
- Has no cash value
- Can be used on future Adeorl purchases
- Cannot be transferred unless stated otherwise
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is:
- Faulty
- Damaged
- Incorrect
Please contact (email) within 48 hours of delivery, including clear photos. If approved, we will guide you on the next steps.
